Help me give my students a chance to see living things up close and personal. The need to know that there are things that live in water and they are so cool to see.

Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

This year I have the best students ever, and we have been making memories with them the minute they walk into my classroom. My students are my kids...this is more so than other teachers at times. This years students are the same age as my own. So I am teaching my child's best friends. I have known some of these kids for years.

These students deserve the best and I hope to give them all that I can to help them achieve their dreams.

My students come from a diverse cultures and homes. I hope to give them all the chance to make memories that will last a lifetime.

My Project

I want to make a living corner in my classroom with a aquatics plants, hydra, brine shrimp, and more. I think it is important for the students to see science not just read about it.

These are going to be the start of the cultures that I hope to have for years.

This is the start. It is always exciting to start something new and I can't wait to jump right in.

I know the students will enjoy the possibility of hearing the water flowing, the air pumps going and seeing the creatures move and grow. I am so excited for the adventure that awaits.
