This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

"If we teach today as we taught yesterday, we rob our children of tomorrow." ~John Dewey. It is my passion to help my students reach their goals and be successful in school. Any extra help I can give them is crucial to having them succeed.

My students struggle with navigating their social emotional skills and feelings but with these books my students will be able to learn about their feelings and different social skills.

These books will greatly impact them and help them develop their social skills!

Having these books in my office will help my students when they become overwhelmed by a situation. Students can take these books and read them. It will help them to navigate through their feelings and begin to calm down so we can discuss what happened. These books would be a great asset to my office! With your help I know we can help my students with their social emotional learning!
