My Students

My students are a wonderful and exciting group of four and five-year-old boys and girls, in an ICT (integrated collaborative teaching) classroom. This means that 40% of my students are in special education, and the rest are in general education.

We are a Title I school and work hard to ensure that everyone learns and succeeds.

I want them to have everything they need and deserve to have to make their school year exciting and fun, as well as productive and successful throughout the entire year.

My Project

Kindergarten is an amazing time and I want to ensure that my students have everything they need to make it fun and exciting as well as successful and productive. We need materials like crayons, pencils, paper, and notebooks for everyday use. They are learning to write and we use lots of writing paper. Scissors are needed for cut and paste activities. Post-its are great for dictation of their work. Chart tablets will be great for the amazing learning charts we make throughout the school year. Folders are needed to organize their classwork. Pencil boxes are needed to hold their pencils and crayons in their desk neatly. Magic Boards are great for letter and sounds practice. Finally, construction paper, of assorted colors, will be great for art activities and making the classroom pretty.

Can you imagine a classroom without supplies?

Well, I don't want my students to have to imagine that either. Please help!
