My students are explorers, scientists, mathematicians, accountants, lawyers, politicians, teachers, athletes, doctors, nurses, engineers, computer programmers, mechanics, plumbers, real estate agents, movie stars, and a lot of other careers.
My first graders love to learn.
They love STEM activities to find out how materials, concepts, and ideas work. They are figuring out that they can apply these concepts to other subjects and activities. They love to collaborate with small groups to improve their ideas. They are figuring out the testing process. They truly are future leaders.
My Project
My students need Dash robots to bring their STEM knowledge to life. Dash robots allow students to use Math, Science, Language Arts, and Engineering. Students will see practical and real-life programming at work.

Students will benefit by learning how to develop a coding language to move their robot, make their robot sing, dance, or even light up. Students will have to use sequence and directional words to make their robots complete the assigned task. They will have to learn how to collaborate with each other to move their robots.
