My students are eager learners who come from varying neighborhoods and backgrounds. We have a mix of students who come from families who have low to medium socioeconomic status across these neighborhoods. We have students with learning disabilities and those without.
The teachers in our building are committed to inclusive practices in order to make all students successful!
While the staff is continuously learning best practices, we have a ton of heart and are always looking for creative ways to support our students and families. DonorsChoose.org allows our staff to request the materials needed to run successful inclusive classrooms.
My Project
My students are eager learners who need materials to get the most from the day. They participate in many activities each day that require tools such as pencils, dry-erase markers, sticky-notes, and so much more! They use these tools to track and organize their ideas so that they can share them and learn from their peers.
Other materials, such as the table caddies, will help keep these materials organized and easy to access for all learners!
We have students with varying abilities, and having an organized space helps our neediest of learners get what they need.
We keep student binders of our benchmark assignments and need page protectors to keep the assignments intact and accessable!
