This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My students range from age four to five years old and attend a low-income public school. My classroom is ethnically diverse, and a majority are dual language speakers. I have two half-day classes each with 20 students who are all extremely kind, driven, smart and eager to learn!

Our classroom would benefit from receiving resources that foster educational development because it will allow them to level out the playing field with other schools to ensure a successful educational future!

My Project

I am asking for Osmo Genius kits to help my little geniuses "play beyond the screen" and learn important skills using iPads.

The Genius Kit will help my students learn how to use creativity and problem-solving skills through hands-on-play!

The kits will be used as a center to engage and encourage students by using their imaginations to "play beyond the screen."

The Osmo Genius Kit come with five games that will allow my student's hands-on interaction with art, math, science, and reading!

Having Genius Kits in our classroom will build students confidence, technology skills, coding understanding, and knowledge!
