My students are a group of Kindergarten, 1st, and 2nd graders who are eager to learn. We aim to create a virtual classroom where collaboration and creativity are key. My students come from diverse backgrounds and all ability levels.

I aim to give them every opportunity possible to help them be successful from home. My students are energetic and eager to get the most out of this year of elementary school as they work from home. They are going to learn to work together as a team and help each other be successful.
My Project
Students in my reading groups have completed the books "Mercy Watson" and "Flat Stanley". They loved reading these books together and they want more! We would love the opportunity to continue to read about Mercy, Stanley, and their adventures. Our virtual learning in reading groups can be enhanced by access to the great resources on Teachers Pay Teachers.
Reading bonds our class although we can't be together in person.
In addition, postage stamps will allow me to be able to send students a little letter to brighten their day and let them know their teacher is thinking of them and cheering them on from afar.
