My Project

I won't lie: this project is only for one student. But you have no idea how awesome and amazing this student is! I have had them in class since they were a sophomore (they are currently a senior) and I just want to celebrate them in a way that will mean the world to them (because this student means the world to me!).

This student desperately needs a new backpack (their current backpack is threadbare) and they have asked that I seek one through donations for them.

I am more than happy to oblige.

The student also requested a series of books (that I am requesting as well).

This student is a voracious reader and always has their nose in a book (a sign of good character, in my humble opinion).

This student also has an affinity for fantasy literature and fairy tales, so I am requesting a bunch of other books in that genre (and they are CONSTANTLY checking out Grimm's Fairy Tales from my classroom library, so I want to give them their own copy).

Students like this are the reason I wake up in the morning!

They are effortlessly brilliant (you should read a paper they wrote on Kafka's METAMORPHOSIS... graduate-level work, I swear!).

Immensely creative.

And just a joy to have in class... If you can, please help give me the resources I need to celebrate this student in all their academic, creative and just all around awesome glory.
