My Students

I teach at an amazing Title I school in Eustis, Florida. Our students don't always have all of the materials or opportunities that they need to be successful.

Our students love to take part in STEAM related activities on a weekly basis during STEAM club.

Our parents are very excited to hear what they get to do each week. There are about 20 students currently in our STEAM club. They participate in STEAM engineering challenges, science explorations, online quests, and science/math based art experiences.

My Project

Our students struggle with literacy and math skills. These books would help us to explore a variety of math topics while at the same time working on literacy skills. Our STEAM library is in great need of expansion.

Please help to provide our students with a variety of materials to engage them in learning about math through reading and exploration.

Our students would benefit greatly from this amazing set of math related reading materials. This set of 23 math themed books will be greatly appreciated by these 20 amazing 4th and 5th grade STEAM club learners as well as the 28 students in my two math and science rotations.
