My Project

My students are incredibly smart and driven when it comes to reading. They love coming to library and are so excited to tell me about their reading goals. They decorate painter sticks and use them to mark where their books go but when we put them between books they often get lost and this can spread more germs. I am planning to use the pocket chart I have included to demonstrate where their books go in a simpler and cleaner way. The large books and activity sets I have included will be great for interactive and exciting lessons on how children can use their imagination while they read. I think that these, along with the sensory pads, will help my students pay attention and be more engage with the lesson. I would love to be able to implement these this year so that library next year will be something they look forward to!
