My Project

I have expanded our Reading Groups beyond the classroom. I want my kids to know we can read and learn everywhere! We now have a hallway space outside the class with comfy furniture where we can stretch out, relax, and read a good book... or play some fun educational games.

The books and games will be on display in our "Literacy Lounge Hallway" in order to attract more students and increase participation.

Students will be able to have a little fun while reading and learning. They will also have more opportunity to build their socialization skills, which were impacted during the pandemic.
