My Students

I have a class full of kindergarten students!

Many of my students did not attend preschool and are experiencing a school setting for the first time.

They would love to have some fun learning activities to help them practice literacy and math skills.

My Project

This project will provide our class learning games and activities. The materials for this project will include a set of 5 Splash Jr. Reading Readiness games (rhyming, alphabet, beginning sounds, ending sounds, and middle sounds), 4 phonics word building puzzles, number bingo, magnetic teaching clock, snap simple addition center, visualize place value magnetic frame, and magnetic pattern blocks.

Students get excited to learn when they are given opportunities to practice skills through engaging games and activities.

I know my students will have a blast learning with these new materials! These games and activities will be used during our daily literacy stations and math lessons. Students will use these materials to learn skills such as letter names, letter sounds, beginning sounds, ending sounds, middle sounds, rhyming words, reading 3-4 letter words, number identification, addition, shapes, telling time to the hour, and place value.
