This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

This project will help provide our students with a listening center, where we could listen to stories and songs. This will help our class become more familiar with lullabies, nursery rhymes and other folklore music. They can control the volume while they play, use headphones to block out other noises and continue to practice without the other distractions. This will enhance the environment not only in the classroom but on the concert stage as well. Headphones are great for the kids because they can practice listening on their own time and they will have choice of what they would like to play.
