My Students

We can never do enough to help our students become better reader, and listening to a book being read to them is one of the ways we can do this!

Our students don't always have someone at home to read to them, and we know that students learn a lot from the examples we set as parents and teachers.

Our school is an older school and behind in technology, we are still using cassette tapes for most of our read aloud.

My Project

This listening center can help our students becoming lifelong readers. Reading is something these students will use for the rest of their lives, so you never know what will spark that love of reading. Reading is a gift of a lifetime.

This listening center will help the students at our school become better readers.

First and second graders will be able to use this center when they come to the library for study hall. I hope it will be another tool to keep them reading.
