My students need a Listening Center to begin the process of creating this center for my students. In our room I am requesting a floor table and floor seating.
My classroom is filled with students ages 3-5 years old who are energetic, full of love and empathy, and eager for new experiences.
Students ages 3-5 years old need sensory driven learning through hands-on experiences.
My students learn best through play which develops emotional, physical, mental, and educationally sound students.
We are a Title I school and house multicultural students. In my class students are able to receive several levels of learning that they may not be able to at home.
Literacy development in Preschool students is a necessity to develop students eager for learning through reading. Developing young minds to engage in stories read to them and that are interactive will set my students up for success for now and their future.
We currently do not have a Listeninf Center in our classroom. Funding a table and seating will help begin the development of bringing a Literacy Center into our room.
Imagine students engaging in stories of all types. Flying in a rocket, riding a horse, exploring the mountains, to learning Literacy, Phonics, Math, Science, Social and Emotional Needs, Social Studies, and more!
A simple Listening Center will bring this to my classroom!
My Project
Creating a Listening Center with comfy floor seats in our preschool classroom will allow our students to engage in stories themselves with out teacher support. Students will explore stories of their choice developing their cognitive ability.
