My Students

My students are high energy and eager to learn individuals! Our middle school serves many students from a variety of cultural and financial backgrounds. Our school is a Title I school located in an urban setting and serves over 700 students.

My students come every day ready to gain new skills that will assist them in reaching their goals later in life.

School-wide, students are encouraged to be the best versions of themselves and every day I see my students striving to do just that.

My Project

Since our students have access to computers, I am able to create digital lessons and headphones will be an amazing addition to my classroom because it allows my students to access different types of media. It allows me to create individualized lessons with media and audio specifically geared toward each students' needs.

Headphones will also help me with creating lessons that address listening skills/standards.

Finally, headphones will also allow my ELL students the opportunity to access audio translations and/or practice their listening skills. I am really excited about the learning that will take place when my students have access to headphones in the classroom.
