My Students

My pre-k students are just beginning their educational journey! They have a lot to learn and are excited to continue exploring their world in my dual-language Spanish/English classroom. Each student has a different linguistic story: some speak two languages at home, while others are learning a new language in my classroom.

All my students are developing their language skills in both Spanish and English.

As they become increasingly bilingual, they will be equipped to succeed in a global, multilingual world!

My Project

Online learning resources are one of my students' favorite centers activities! Their Spanish language learning is supplemented by engaging iPad games that are preparing them to start reading. They have so much fun on iStation that they often do not even realize that all the games are literacy-based and developing their phonics skills!

Right now, we only have four headphone sets, and all broken or close to breaking.

Valuable learning time is wasted when my students cannot get their finnicky headphones to fit properly. I want to trouleshoot this problem by giving my students these safe, durable, kid-friendly headphones so that they can maximize their digitial learning time.
