My Students

Help us LISTEN UP!! The listening center in our classroom is just not what it should be for our children to be able to sit down and enjoy having a book read to them.

The 32 preschool children in our classroom are all AMAZING and UNIQUE!

All of our children are ages 3-5, and they LOVE to read and be read too! The children attend school 2 days a week, for 7 hours a day, so that's a lot of reading and language enrichment that takes place in our classroom.

My Project

Right now, our listening center is empty! There are no audio books or cd player, or no headphones. Our children want to read books and want to be read to. With the help from these resources, our children will be able to enjoy listening to a book all the while increasing their vocabulary, comprehension, and language skills.

By giving these children the resources to equip our listening center, our children will be able to enjoy their free time by independently listening to and reading a book.
