My Students
I go to work every day with a smile and a positive attitude because I am lucky to work with 125 wonderful 7th graders.
Most people give me looks of horror when I say I teach 7th graders because they can be a challenge, but they are a worthwhile challenge.
I work at a Title 1 school where the majority of my students are on free and reduced-price lunch. We work very hard with what we have, but we don't always have all the extra things that help. This year my classroom was lucky enough to get a classroom set of Chromebooks, and we need headphones as an extra boost.
My Project
These headphones will make a huge difference in my students' learning. They will allow me to differentiate the learning for all of my students' different learning abilities.
Headphones are the key piece allowing my students to fully use the classroom computers.
My students would be able to listen to videos and participate in other technology activities using these headphones.
We are very lucky to have a classroom set of computers this year, and it is important for my students to use them to their fullest extent. They need headphones so they can use the volume on their computers, but also not disrupt other students.
