We are very lucky to have ten iPads in our classroom. My students love to create and play their own music.
Right now when my students listen to their creations or play games together, all ten iPads are playing out loud at once.
It is very difficult for students to hear their own music. With these headphones, the students would be able to work individually or in teams and would be able to clearly hear their own work!
My Project
With the iPads, students have used apps such as Garage Band and iMovie to make original songs and create visual stories. The also work together using rhythm and pitch games to reinforce concepts they learn in music class. Right now the students cannot hear themselves over the sounds of all the iPads playing out loud at once.
Donating to this project would allow students to focus in on their own work and to create collaboratively with others in a small group setting.
Right now it is almost impossible for them to hear their work, but these headphones would make a huge difference in their creations!
