My Students

What if you could compose an entire musical piece, not with a symphony at your service, but a single device?

Our students are becoming budding composers.

They are creative, passionate and have a lot of musical things to say! They are enjoying learning about the blues, about classical composers and modern music makers. They are passionate about becoming self-directed learners who can utilize modern technology to become 21st Century composers.

My Project

With these headphones, instead of relying on selective hearing to compose their pieces on GarageBand, they will be able to really listen and hear well their own pieces. As we are working through our various units, it will enhance our entire school's listening abilities - to analyze, create and respond to music.

We will have a full music "studio" at our fingertips with a class set of headphones.

All students at our school would be able to become emerging recording artists, studio engineers, music appreciators, and composers!
