Help me give my students headphones so that we are able to do our online lessons quietly.

This year I am teaching first grade all subjects. My students are excited about becoming proficient readers. I try to teach them the importance of reading. They have been working very hard to try to increase their sight word and vocabulary skills. They are engaged in their learning, and I try to make learning fun and interesting.
I work in an urban school district, where 99.2% is Black or African American.
Almost 62% of students participate in the free and reduced meal programs. Our school culture focuses on self-respect/self-esteem, community service, cultural awareness, and global learning in an African-centered learning environment. This has been instilled into students who know, for example, that hallway movements “always follow the green line.”
My classroom is a noisy place on any day with the exchanging of ideas between teacher and student. Let headphones help keep the noise level at a minimum while keeping learning at a maximum. Having headphones in the classroom means enormous possibilities to enhance learning and focus.
Headphones help the students focus on their assignments and not another student's assignment.
Using headphones will help keep students from being distracted if those around them are talking or if there are noises coming from outside the classroom. Distractions make it difficult to concentrate, but using headphones helps students keep their attention on the presentation.
