Help me give my students an educational experience they will never forget while learning all about science and animals. We will be spending the night at the zoo to learn about a variety of animals, habitats, and conservation.

Hooray! This project is fully funded
My students are second graders who are eager, excited, and never stop. They keep me on my toes and I am always looking for new and unique topics of study. Anything from "Grossology" to literary works or the history of Coca-Cola are used to help spark the interest of my students and to help them grow as learners.
My students come from a public school in a small town in Mississippi and are always eager for opportunities to learn about the world around them.
They love new challenges and have an eagerness to learn. Their excitement and curiosity make learning a continuous adventure!
As my students are traveling the world this year learning about other cultures, we are also learning about the various habitats and environments. The overnight trip to the zoo will provide an opportunity for my students to see animals up close and learn about their adaptations, their environment, and conservation as well.
While spending the night at the zoo, my students will see animals up close, visit their habitats, learn about what they eat, observe nocturnal animals and their adaptations, and dissect owl pellets.
These experiences will provide them with a hands-on learning experience that will leave a lasting impression on them. As second graders who have a zest for learning and an interests in animals, it is a great opportunity to instill a love of science and a foundation for conserving the Earth.
