Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Students

My students are enthusiastic, smart, and eager young learners. My students have a natural love for Math and Science. Whether it is spending time exploring on a tablet or touching teddy bear counters in their hands. They are ready for learning.

My super scholars are eager to learn and ready for every challenge.

With your help they will be able to actively engage in the learning process, while having fun with great additions to the classroom. We would love for you to join us as a partner and help us reach our goals this school year!

My Project

Help my students take charge of their learning through exploration of their environments. Currently my students are learning in a variety of locations across Atlanta. Making sure students are comfortable is an essential component in motivating them. We often ask students to find objects around their home or neighborhood to reinforce various learning concepts. My students always find amazing and interesting things to show the class. Help them take a snap shot and bring those moments in time to the rest of the class.

My students are noticeably more engaged in their work and less disruptive of their peers when they are given the opportunity to share and take charge of the learning environments.
