My Students

My students are creative, energetic, and eager to learn! They love hands-on explorations, singing and dancing, and learning in a variety of ways.

Most students come from an at-risk population, and are looking for a positive and equal opportunity to learn and grow.

My Project

Especially with hybrid learning and social distancing rules, a document camera could provide a lot of benefit to classroom learning. A document camera could be used during online learning with Google Meet sessions or even prerecorded lessons.

This technology will provide students with an opportunity for visual modeling, from a distance, so they have all of the tools to be successful.

Students will be able benefit from this technology in all subjects, such as during literacy time with completing think-alouds while reading books, or even with math by modeling problems using manipulatives.
