My Students

My broadcast journalism students produce a weekly TV news show for the school. They also create and produce district-wide videos featuring the community, athletic events, the arts, and academics of our district. They are learning hands-on broadcast journalism and ethics.

They are creative, energetic, and aspiring journalists!

They are eager to create videos and news packages of our schools and community. Being on the gulf coast, our students have a chance to show the world not only the beauty of our community, but also feature their award-winning school district.

My Project

My students need smartphone compatible microphones to up their game on our weekly Greyhound Television news broadcast. Our old equipment is falling apart. The students are using their own smartphones to create their news packages. With smartphone microphones, the sound quality will match their video quality!

These future journalists need microphones to film stories in our schools, community, sporting events, banquets, and much more.

They produce videos and news stories that are top notch, but the sound is always an issue. No matter how awesome their videos are, they are always upset with the sound. With smart phone microphones, they will have the confidence and technology they need!
