My Students

I teach kindergarten to 21 students who love school and are excited about learning. My students come from diverse backgrounds. The majority of my students receive free or reduced price lunch as well as learning English as a second language. My students have different needs that I work hard to meet every day to ensure each one succeeds and reaches their full potential. They are curious learners and need hands-on activities to help them explore the world around them. They also need lots of space to move and learn.

My Project

My little learners love to play and explore. To help promote and engage them, a light up table and manipulative center is just what they need. Students will be able to use the light table and manipulatives for fun, but really they will be learning important skills. Students will be able to also design and create. We are a STEAM based school and a light table and center will help to continue to promote their creativity and imagination. My students will be able to give their play a purpose with lots of fun activities and manipulatives that will light up their learning!
