My Students

My students are wonderful. They come from countries such as Guatemala, Haiti, and Mexico. I teach English to these third, fourth, and fifth graders. Not only are these students challenged with learning grade-level content, but they are doing so in a language they are just beginning to learn.

My Project

These tools will help my students learn at school and at home. With virtual learning as part of their educational reality, they need all the resources they can get to learn in these challenging times. The Time for Kids materials can be used online or can be taken home. Therefore, their learning doesn’t have to stop when it’s their day to learn from home. These tools will enhance our efforts to provide the best, research-based educational opportunities to those who so desperately want to learn English. You can be a part of making this dream come true.
