I have 22 energetic 4-year-old students that are full of curiosity and imagination. I teach my students to search for the answers to their questions and to strive to find solutions to their problems. When my students start to doubt themselves, I quickly remind them that I BELIEVE IN THEM - then onward they continue in their search. Knowing people believe in them gives my students the courage to believe in themselves. With that courage comes a freedom to think creatively and to trust in their imagination.
My Project
My young students learn the most from Hands-On experiences. A light table will provide my students with daily opportunities to strengthen Science, Reading, Math, and Social skills.
When my students use the light table and see their learning tools light up, their faces will light up with pure excitement.
When students are excited about learning, they master skills much easier. I want to ignite a desire to learn more about my students. To that, I need tools to make learning new and exciting, and that's exactly what this light table and accessories will do.
Having this table will give them a new dimension to better understand light, color, and the importance of the independent discovery. With this light table and accessories, my students will be able to see how colors change when they are mixed, explore different properties of light, build words, create patterns, and so much more. In fact, learning possibilities have no limits with these items.
