My Students

My students are eager little learners who have a variety of special needs. They have young curious minds. They love to explore the world around them and make new discoveries.

We work to grow the whole child, focusing on social and emotional skills as well as academics.

We focus on student abilities and strengths. My goal is to provide each child with the tools needed to meet his/her potential. I am excited to see my students grow and learn this year!

My Project

A light table will provide my students with light and color exploration and begin to inspire science inquiry. My young students love to build and explore. Because this table is larger it will also foster teamwork and collaborations. My young students come from diverse backgrounds and varying needs. A color-changing light table will be the perfect addition to our classroom.

The color-changing light table will provide new opportunities to discover and create with manipulatives.

The best part is the color-changing light able is versatile with several building materials and manipulatives. Students can explore colors, shapes, science materials and math manipulatives all in a new light!
