Each child in my classroom absolutely loves learning! My students are focused, hardworking, creative, thoughtful and full of questions! They absolutely love hands-on, active, engaging projects, activities and challenges that allow them to think outside the box and learn in a variety of different ways! In my classroom, I do my best to incorporate a variety of learning strategies, group work, individual work, and other learning options to ensure that each student's needs are met, right where they are. My students are a great group of 4th graders and I am so lucky to have these learners in my class. I am so excited to watch them learn and grow throughout the year.
These materials will help my students practice their reading skills by participating in games. The games focus on reading skills that students struggle with. I have found that presenting 4th grade reading skills in other ways will help students to become engaged and stay on task. Which in the end, will help my students read better. My students love learning in a variety of ways and what other way to have fun learning is through reading games.
These games will be used during guided reading centers and in guided reading groups to help increase reading levels and challenge readers to increase their comprehension skills.
