Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

The goal of my library is to create life-long learners through reading. This semester I am challenging students to read diverse books from different genres. I am creating a Library Treasure Trove to help motivate them to read books that they normally would not.

The students will be rewarded with bookmarks, stickers, and other prizes as they challenge themselves to read more higher-level, diverse books from various genres.

Hard work should be rewarded and this is one way to remind students that reading can be fun! Help me to encourage students to keep on reading!
