I teach a classroom full of five year old kindergarten students who are full of energy and are always on the go!
My kindergarten students are typical five year olds who love to learn new things.
However, sometimes their energy level causes them to lose their focus during small group learning activities. Therefore, I am constantly looking for ways that will allow them to get the wiggles out and be ready to take control of their learning!
My Project
My students will use these Hokki stools during Math and Reading Workshops. These stools will provide my students with the opportunity they need to wiggle about and yet keep them in one area in order for me to do my job as a teacher. How fun will it be to be able to wiggle and learn all at the same time!
As an adult, do you feel the need to take a break from a task and just walk away?
