My Students

We have 900 students at our middle school who are eager to learn. We are a great community with a diverse student population. I teach all levels in 6th, 7th, and 8 grade. We also have a very large ESL population. Many of our students get free/reduced lunch. Such a diverse population makes teaching very rewarding. I am able to reach out to many different students who are willing and eager to learn. Most class sizes range from 26 to 30.

My Project

Many of my students are visual and auditory learners. Using a projector in my classroom will enhance their learning experience. Students will follow along with introduction to lessons. This will allow for an easier transition of learning technology skills in the classroom.

Using a projector will enhance the learning for all students in my classroom.

We will also be able to show videos related to current technology and innovation that are affecting us all on a daily basis. These will help my students prepare for their future.

I have many EL students in my classes. They will be able to follow along as I demonstrate many new activities and lessons. By visually follow along, many students will benefit due to their language barrier.
