My Project

My students enjoy sitting on the classroom carpet for our morning meeting, read alouds, and doing activities on our interactive display panel. Our current classroom carpet is a little bit too small for all of my students to sit comfortably and have enough space between each other for them to use any necessary adaptive or flexible seating.

A new larger carpet will allow my students to have more space between each other so they can sit comfortably.

I always want my students to have access to appropriate seating and sensory items, so having a more spacious carpet will make this possible!
