My Students

My students are the most curious, intrigued, entry-level programmer type students that you will ever meet. They come to school smiling, ready to take on the challenges of the day. They have to work hard. Many of them are second language learners. All of my students qualify for free breakfast and lunch and once a month, Second Harvest brings my children nourishing fruits and vegetables. Life is not easy for them, but nothing is going to stop them from learning and being the best they can be.

My Project

Thanks to many donors and many matches the students have received the NSTA Picture Perfect STEM book, and the children's books that go with it. They are so engaged in reading about science but yesterday one of my boys asked when can we try to do what we are reading about. Which I had no response.

For the finally Exit for 5th grade please help us get this class pack of Wind it up.

It is a class pack lab that goes with several of our stories. The class pack comes with everything we need to go with at least 9 lessons we have from our STEM BOOK.

I know this boy has a village out there somewhere! THANK YOU from the bottom of all my students hearts and myself for supporting projects that change a child's life.
