My Students
My class of 3-4-year-old students is a creative, inquisitive, smart, energetic class of preschoolers! My classroom is made up of students with special needs who range from being non-verbal to being Autistic. Our school is Pre-K - 2nd and aims to provide numerous hands-on learning experiences. This fun class amazes me every day. Their ability to learn and retain academic knowledge is unreal. They inspire me to come up with new learning activities to help them to reach their fullest potential. They love to learn about new things. They love to build and create. They love to look and ask many questions about things they have seen. Our school is one of the largest urban school districts in my state. All of the students attending in our district receive free lunch. My students deserve the best of the best.
My Project
The materials such as: the book bins, turn in your work organizer, and magnetic board would be the perfect addition to my classroom. My classroom has limited space so anyway to organize my room, I greatly appreciate. The dry erase board will help with my small group, so much. During small group having a white board for visual and to have student's stick magnets on during our readings will go a long way. Also any hands on materials, my student's love. So anything they can get their hands on will really help their learning.
