My Project

My school is fortunate enough to be able to offer what we like to call “intensive” classes during the school day. Every 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade student chooses an elective type course from either the Art, Music, or PE teacher. They are then able to attend that class two days a week in the mornings. For music, their options are the AstroNotes Show Choir or the Aurora Actors theater class! We have an absolute blast and learn so much! However, sometimes it is hard to hear us when we perform!

Adding this microphone to the 6 we already have will give one more student the ability to perform with confidence and will help our audience hear us more clearly!

Our goal is to have a full set of wireless microphones for our performances. We are extremely fortunate to already have 6 wireless microphones. The goal is to have enough for a full cast on stage and for every show choir member to have a microphone. This will be a slow process as quality equipment is expensive, but my students deserve the best of everything and it is always my goal to help them get it!
