Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
The school is categorized as a Title I school. Many of the students are children with diverse backgrounds, including a majority of students whose first language is not English. My students are a group of students that are excited to learn something new each day.
They are students that are eager to learn new skills.
My students are a diverse group of children who come from low-income families. 100% of the students are eligible for free lunch. I want to be able to provide them with tools for them to have a successful year.
My Project
Learning multiplication facts can be difficult for students. These materials will help the student practice their facts while they play with their classmates and they learn from each other. Each item is catered to help the students depending on their needs. These items will be placed and utilized during center times.
Every student has a chance to master their multiplication facts!
Knowing the multiplication facts is a skill that will be used throughout their academic schooling. It is very important that students learn their facts to be able to master the math skills that they will learn in the upcoming years.
