My students are special in so many ways. We are in a school that services military children in our town. My school is truly a melting pot of diversity, talents, and cultures. My students love to learn and relate things to the real world. I make all learning fun and interactive as well as engaging for my students.
My students go above and beyond to be the best that they can be.
I am pushing for them to understand the importance of being organized, productive, and focused in an environment that is conducive to learning.
My Project
Students at my school come from all sorts of backgrounds due to serving students in our military town. I teach inclusion students so this will benefit those students tremendously!
All students deserve the chance to learn and to be given the best help to set them up for success.
My class has the students that perform low, have disabilities and need extra help on all assignments. This project will allow me to help them create an updated textbook with relevant information that they can use to learn the science curriculum. The textbook we have is over 20 years old and I want them to have fun creating their own with these resources. They will put them in their interactive notebook and that will serve as their textbook for th year. I want them proud of their work as well as learn the material at the same time.
