Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My students come from very diverse backgrounds. There are days where we have to work through our challenges, but they come to school ready and willing to learn new and exciting lessons and materials. We celebrate the successes, both big and small. They like to have fun in the classroom and benefit from hands-on activities and learning.

My students have many different characteristics with one common goal: to learn, be included, and be successful!
My Project
The Teenii STEM Physics Science Lab and Science First Electricity Circuits Kit will greatly improve my students' understanding of, and appreciation for, electricity, electrical circuits, and electrical energy! It is something that students are intrigued by but have trouble comprehending.
The EUDAY School Labs Basic Electricity Circuit Kit and its experiments would be tremendous learning tools for whole group instruction and collaborative groups.
The Flormoon DC Motor Mini Electric Motor product will allow more students to have hands-on experience. Reading about it in a book is far less interesting than experiencing the magic of electricity first hand! The diversity of my students and their abilities makes it difficult to cover a topic on one level. By having these products, every student will have the opportunity to learn about the different types of circuits and experience the workings of these circuits on their own level. Having these props will be an all-around win for all of us!
