We all love to show off work we complete and are proud of. My students are no different! It is no fun for your teacher to limit the things that can be printed out.
My students attend a Title I school where almost 80 percent of the students qualify for free and reduced lunch services.
Our rural community has limited Internet access and most students are not exposed to technology or books in the home. My students are energetic 6 year olds that are eager to learn and eager to please.
My Project
With the addition of some much needed toner for our laser printers, my students can focus on research and writing about healthy eating and habits. Toner is so expensive, I want to make sure that my students are not limited on the things they can print. We will research about healthy eating and healthy habits. My students can then print out their research as well as any certificates they earn for completing learning projects.
Please consider helping my little first graders satisfy common core standards that address research and writing.
If we are able to get the gift of this toner, my students can have things printed off that I would otherwise have to limit. Funds are low in public schools, help our students get the things they need to soar!
