Currently I am a third grade teacher who will be moving to fourth grade with many of my students. One of their biggest concerns is that they have already read the books in my classroom library. They have asked for new challenging books which will help them grow.
My students are incredibly smart.
They enjoy challenging themselves as well as their peers. They are self driven and have a true passion for creative learning. Many are gifted students either academically or socially. They like helping each other become both better people and students.
My Project
The resources we are requesting will bring new stories and concepts to life. Some of these books will help our students learn more in depth about topics we will be studying. Others discuss life stories that can help each of our students grow emotionally and socially.
This project is important because the children in this classroom have a true desire to learn.
Given the opportunity they will soak up any information like a sponge. They work hard to continue to grow and I would love to be able to continue to challenge them.
