My Students

For many of my students in my classroom, our school is the most stable, loving, and structured environment they will ever know. They know when they come to school they will get food and love, which are essential components to ensure learning will happen. My lil ones are the most caring, kind, and respectful kids I have ever known. They come to school with big smiles, lots of hugs, and ready to learn. So in the words of a kindergartener, "thak yoo vare mush!"

My Project

Within our busy academic day students are able to utilize our iPads during either reading and/or math intervention time. In order to create a quiet and productive learning environment headphones are a necessity.

I have requested 25 wireless headphones in the hopes they will get used for many years.

With corded headphones I have found they break easily because kids are plugging and unplugging them, or biting on the cords. As a teacher I try to be as thrifty as possible and to teach my students to respect our classroom tools. Your support would be so appreciated not only by me but by my students as well.
