My little bunch of 4th graders are absolute bundles of energy. I've got sixteen kiddos and most of them have the energy of three students.
I love learning new things about them, I've got a Star Wars fan, a couple of Harry Potter fans (which I love), and lots of budding little writers.
We are working on collaboration in my classroom and students really enjoy sitting on the floor or at my small group table so that they can talk to each other easily.
This group of students is such engaged learners. They, of course, each love something different: math, reading . . . but the crowd favorite is social studies, and they really try to own their learning in any subject. We take all of our learning standing, sitting, laying on the floor, however we can get it.
My Project
These requested Stability Balance Ball chairs and Exercise Ball Chairs will allow my students to have the freedom to move and bounce without disturbing each other. With these ball chairs, students can easily transition from their desk to their indoor recess choice.
The Exercise Balls and Stability Balance Ball chairs will let my students move and bounce, which is great for my high energy students.
They are able to get so much accomplished because they have somewhere to channel their energy. The stability balls help students stay focused and also create a friendly, personalized environment.
I would like for all of my students to have a flexible seating option. I am only a few balls away from my goal, please consider donating to this project.
