My Students

My students come from a low-income farming community. Our school is more like a family due to its small size. When I say a small school; I truly mean a small school. For example, a typical class size is around 15-18 kids in each grade. My students have hearts of gold and are some of the most giving children around.

I believe having the use of technology can really open up some doors to my students now and in the future.

My Project

My teams need some new equipment to compete. We need these basketballs in practice since this is our official game ball for Missouri. Our current basketballs are old and worn out. With being able to get 10 new balls, every kid will be able to get a good ball to practice dribbling and shooting on their own. We are also going to start competing in badminton and pickleball.

Being able to practice with good equipment that we can then compete with will help our confidence tremendously.

They always say you play like you practice so I want to give my athletes a great first step. Especially with our new sports like pickleball and badminton.
