My Students

Save our backs! Our class needs to be able to safely transport materials to and from the class. Education doesn't stop at academics in our class! Students need to learn the importance of safety. So, let's go have some fun on the yard...SAFELY! And while we're at it, let's have a ball (pun intended)!

My students are exceptionally bright, enthusiastic learners.

They are a group of fourth graders, wise beyond their years. Some students have been identified as gifted in one or more areas. Others are recognized for their high achievement. Regardless of any category a student falls into, they all have a love of learning in common. Many of my students are at/below the poverty level. I am honored to be a facilitator of learning for such an outstanding group of individuals.

My Project

The cart we are requesting will change students' lives for the better because they can learn - early on - the value of being careful when transporting materials. To help get us started on the right foot, we are also requesting pens and stickers - a classroom must!

Students will learn that by being careful they can avoid accidents and be respectful of their bodies.

Students need to learn how to be safe - and using equipment that's intended to help people be safe is the perfect way to demonstrate being safe!
