My Project

Children develop through play. All of my preschool students come to me with various special needs so I always want to provide them with enriching opportunities to foster their language, cognitive, motor, along with social-emotional development. Play is essential to my preschoolers’ learning!

Play positively affects the areas of language, cognitive, motor, and social-emotional development of young children.

Our room is in need of dramatic toys to engage our preschoolers in their play activities. Dramatic play items such as a grocery store and housekeeping items will give my students concrete items to use as they all grow through their use of play!
