Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Students

My students are amazing. I teach at a Title I school in St. Louis, Missouri with some of the most engaging and motivated students around. I am a P.E. teacher and live for my students!

They come to class with a ton of energy and leave with healthier hearts, sweaty heads and sore muscles.

My school is is extremely diverse. I love creating and matching my lessons to meet the needs of each of my students. I want them to have as much success as possible.

My Project

The soccer goals I am requesting will replace our worn down current ones that we can barely use. It would be such an improvement to have soccer goals that we can use in multiple units. Our current pennies that my students use are in shreds. New ones are desperately needed to make our team sports run effectively.

The team sporting equipment I am hoping to get funded will help foster lifetime sports and activity, teamwork, sportsmanship and integrity.
