Our children come to school each morning eager and ready to learn. Despite the many challenges they face, I am looking to keep things simple and provide my students with creative and meaningful learning experiences. My students are ages three, four and five. You can see the eagerness to learn each morning when they come to school! I have so many ideas I want to teach them, but I need the means to do so effectively.
My students and their parents trust us wholeheartedly to introduce them to different aspects of life.
I learn from my students just as much as they learn from me. They are very inquisitive and always want to know more! Sometimes, the things they learn, they take home to share with their parents and siblings. They have a need to know and a willingness to take it all in.
My Project
Children learn by using their sense. One of the best ways is to be outdoors getting physical. With the rates of children being obese rising each year, I would enjoy being outside doing physical activities daily with the children. The materials I am asking for will enhance sportsmanship and physical activity. With the basketball ring/tee ball set, children can learn to play games that incorporate team play. Social skills and the physical activities will prepare them for life skills. I plan on using the materials to teach the children while having fun. Summer, here we come!
